The Blessed is not a dark romance, but there are several dark/horror elements to the story. Here’s a general list of trigger warnings:

* Abuse from a parent toward a child, including descriptions of past abuse.
* Graphic descriptions of gore and animal predation.
* Mentions of suicide and suicidal ideation, including descriptions of a past attempt.
* Discussions about mental health, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, panic attacks, and mania.
* Murder, physical violence and gun/knife violence.

* Firestorm is book one in a series and will end on a slight cliffhanger. This is a why-choose romance, where our heroine will not have to choose between her love interests.
